Xu Xin, born on January 8, 1990, in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, is a former Chinese men’s table tennis player, widely known as the “Magician of the Table” and “King of Doubles” for his exceptional skills, elegant playing style, and unrivaled dominance in doubles competitions. He is the first left-handed penhold grip player in Chinese table tennis history to win a men’s singles world championship and holds the record for the most doubles titles in Chinese table tennis history. He started playing table tennis at the age of five and joined the Chinese national team in October 2006 after being promoted from the second team.
